4th of July weekend

We started out the weekend having a birthday celebration for Maddie to include an ice cream cake! Happy 10th birthday sweet girl! Then we headed out of town to enjoy Cars 2 at a drive-in, finishing up with a minor league baseball game and then home again! We had fun and the kids enjoyed the free face painting at the drive-in! Pinocchio

The girls spent the week practicing and performing a play called Pinocchio! A play company came into town on Monday the girls auditioned and starting practicing and on Saturday they performed the show twice! Maddie sang 5 songs with a group of kids called the Fair Isle Kids and even had her very own line! Eleanor was very graceful as a toy, a ballerina. We had a fun week and hope to do this again next summer! Jessie

The ride home, Airplane Museums

After stopping in San Angelo for the night, we enjoyed making a couple stops and learning and seeing airplanes and airplane history! Jessie

Silly Kids

The kids enjoyed their cap guns very much....after trial and error, we discovered we could all enjoy them outside at the beach rather than inside the car! The kids also tryout their best funny faces! Love, Jessie

Bonfire at the Beach

Fun to enjoy a marshmellow on the beach! I feel like I always add messy Jack pictures, but he makes a mess, haha! Jessie

Beaches, Beaches Everywhere

Port Aransas, TX was a lot of fun! We enjoyed the beach, boogie boarding, trying to find shrimp, shell collecting and making sand castles. Jessie

The Alamo and Fredricksburg

We had to take the kids to see the Alamo and of course rewarded them with ice cream after! We also enjoyed Fredrickburg and a super yummy German restaurant! Jessie
