GARDENS!!!

The kids each have their very own garden to take care of this year. Maddie is working on strawberries, Ella squash and cucumber and Jack tomatoes! They all planted them and watered them. Jack is having trouble with the all patience required and has eaten a few small green tomatoes just to see if they were ready, hehe! Love, Jessie

Outside Fun

Clovis is full of sunshine and WIND! The kids are enjoying playing outside in our new sandbox and with our new swing. The pool is old, but this is the first time I have been able to get it out this year! Love you, Bryan! Jessie

Easter Park

After church we had a few minutes until our brunch reservation, so we stopped at the park and took some pictures. Happy Easter! We are headed to bed now and Jack has had a record 4 hard boiled eggs for dinner, WOW!

Easter Morning

Easter morning was a huge hit. Here are the kids getting ready to find all the eggs. There was a golden egg that had $5 and Jack was our lucky winner. Eleanor found the silver egg with $2 and Maddie just found the most eggs! Happy Easter! Love, Jessie

Tball Game #2

It was a cold morning, in the 40's with high winds going against the kids batting. They all did great, here are some videos of Jack batting and running the bases! Love Jessie

Go Orioles!

Jack had his first Tball game last night! The first thing we had to work on was going over the fact that he was on "The Orioles" not the OREOS team like he had thought! Boy, was he excited to think he was on the OREOS team! Not so much when I showed him a picture of the bird on his hat!

Jack played three innings that are the cutest thing you have ever seen! All the kids, boy and girl look like they are swimming in their uniforms! They even have catchers all decked out in pads! Jack hit 3 times and played center field and 2nd base! When the last player on the team hits, everyone runs home. Jack was the 2nd to last batter and probably didnt understand this rule...needless to say, he was lapped 2 times by the last batter! Jack plays again this morning, hope to get a video of his at bats! BRACES!!!

Maddie got braces today! She was a real trooper and has enjoyed a shake, chicken broth and ice cream today! She heads back to school tomorrow, such a sweet girl! She got to pick the color of the rubber bands and she chose light blue and gold! Love ya, Jessie

The Kids

Just wanted to share our week with you all! Maddie is at her volleyball game and she is the captain and had to call heads or tails to serve!

Jack is enjoying Tball and is learning a lot. His first game is next week.

Jack LOVES Star Wars right now, we got his plane at a garage sale for 50 cents! It even makes noise...we have started watching teh old school Star Wars and have made it through Empire Strikes Back! Jack think Yoda talks weird!

The kids are enjoying the weather with the sprinkler and cool treats! I also included a freak day, we woke up Monday to snow! The next day was in the 80's again, weird right?

We got a Dog!

Eleanor has wanted a dog for awhile and so I started looking and thinking probably in June or July then along came an email and Wed we had a dog. Eleanor named him Brody, even though I was trying to convince her we already had a Bob (cat) why not a Marley (dog)...she had NO idea what I was talking about, hehe! Well, we have been in heaven. Basically, Eleanor lives and breathes Brody, she takes him on walk after walk and even with her when she heads out to play with her friends. Yesterday, she needed to take him out to play with the neighbor kids because they were detectives and he was the police dog! Brody is already 2 years old weighing in at 15 pounds. Yes, he weighs less than our 5 year old cat! We are having fun and I hope to post more shots of Eleanor's pure happiness with her dog! Love, Jessie
